Valentine Tea Bags and Tags

I had to share this adorable DIY from Creature Comforts for Valentine Tea Bags and Tags. Creature Comforts also has a free printable and step by step instructions so you can make your very own for the special Valentine in your life. 

There are 4 ways to assemble the teabag wrappers.  The one shown in the tutorial below is the most time involved (stitching by hand) but the results are beautiful.  Other methods would include using tape, glue or a sewing machine.
