    I see that you have cashews listed as a “NO” food, but I’ve actually been told that cashews are the best nut a paleo dieter can eat…why do you say it’s bad? I want to hear both sides :)

    I’m new to paleo. Are fruits ok? I’ve read they are ok, just watch portion control.

    Yes, fruit is ok on paleo but like you said….watch your portions if losing weight is your end want from the diet. I like to have my fruit in the morning and try to select berries as much as possible. :)

    I started using Paleo as a guideline for eating healthier, specifically eating more veggies and cutting out sugar, white flour and starchy stuff. I do, however, still include some milk products in my diet. Why is milk excluded from Paleo? Why is it bad?

    What about red wine ? I thought it was in that “grey” area. I really look forward to a glass on Saturday night. Will it hinder my progress on the plan?

    Trust me, I like a glass of red wine on the weekends too so I’m not going to say you should keep it out but just try to watch your intake and not over do it. 😉
