Back from vacation…did you miss me?  Only kidding!  I have to say vacation was wonderful and I took a complete break from everything!  Blog and work!  I didn’t check work email once while on vacation and it was a beautiful thing.  Ahhhh, no wonder I was stress-free and well rested by the end of our time away.  Of course our vacation was jammed pack with fun times with family and friends so I didn’t have much time to work or blog.  I hardly had time to read my book which was one of my goals.  Oh well, we had fun and the kiddos had a fabulous time with their cousins.  They were so sad to leave, as were we!  That’s what makes vacations super special, right?  I vote RIGHT!

We are all back to the swing of things but thankful tomorrow is a little short break to celebrate July 4th.  I do have one recipe in the pipeline but I thought I would put that on hold for a fun Paleo 4th of July Round-Up….just in case you are looking for some ideas for tomorrows cookout or to bring along with you to a cookout that might not be completely Paleo.  Trust me I know about those which is why I’m hoping one of these recipes might help you in your 4th of July Paleo dilemma.  Listed below are some of my favorite recipes from the blog that are perfect for a July 4th celebration/cookout.  Listed in order of how they apprear:
