Yesterday I gave you a little hint that I would be posting something very special today.  However I didn’t tell you why I thought about it.  Well, Monday morning while at my 6am Crossfit WOD I was talking to a fellow crossfitter and MVT challenger and she said her biggest obstacle was coming up with her weekly menu.  And because I was curious when I first started down the Paleo lifestyle route I wanted to share a sample week menu with links to some of my recipes and some from other Paleo Foodies out there.  And for another sample, check out the latest post by Elana from Elana’s Pantry where she is also sharing a Paleo Weekly Menu.   As I mentioned to all of you yesterday, I’m not a Paleo expert by any means and every person may need more or less in their diet.  What I worked on below is only my suggestions and I only hope this helps someone out there as they start down the road towards a Paleo Lifestyle….which I happen to think ROCKS!

Remember, this is for people that want to incorporate more nutrient dense foods into their diet by eliminating the grains that are toxic to a large percentage of us. So, bottom line…eat your veggies for your “carbs” because they’re far more nutrient dense than grains.  And if you are totally scared and worried about time during the week fix a few things over the weekend to heat up during the week.  You don’t have to follow this by any means, these are just suggestions.  Many times I find myself making a lot in order to have left-over’s for the week.

You can also check out my new e-cookbook for meal ideas for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and even Snacks.  It has a total of 70 recipes to keep you on track with your Paleo lifestyle.

Thank you very much for this post. I stumbled upon your blog a little while back from the chowstalker site. I love your pictures and recipes! My husband and I are participating in the Whole30 challenge this month and I am in need of great recipes. Meal planning is especially important to me with 3 kids, and being new to paleo/primal eating. Thanks again for the weekly menu.

Thank you SO much for this!!!

Love this post! I made your banana muffins (with the almond butter, almond flour, no sugar) and it turned out delicious. Sorry to have deviated a little bit though, used 3/4 cup almond flour and 1/4 cup coconut flour – anyway, I still give you the credit for posting them up. My non-paleo husband loved it…. ended up only leaving me 1 :( I guess I have to make more ’cause the bananas are getting ripe! By the way, hope you don’t mind me adding you on my blog roll.

THANK YOU so much for this! I have eaten paleo for a while due to Celiac (not for weight loss as I weight 108). I just needed some more creative ideas. :)

This was so incredibly helpful to get my hubby & I on the paleo life. He says that the Skillet Hash was the BEST breakfast he’s ever had that wasn’t, you know, stuffed French toast with whipped cream sort of brekky. :) Thank you!!!

My friend started paleo a while ago and piqued my interest. We got a new puppy in October and have been feeding her a species appropriate diet and I figured if we were working so hard on her diet, we should probably work at least as hard on our own :)
I am making my first paleo family dinner menu for the week and this post has helped a lot. It might take a while to replace the Thursday tortilla night and Friday pizza night for the kids, but 5 nights of paleo is way better than none! Next step, lunches…

  18. MDelicious says:

Marcy, I’m proud of you for also starting to work hard on your diet. I wish you nothing but the best with Paleo. You are on the right direction to better your health. :) You might have roadblocks along the way but you can do it.

  19. Ian says:

  20. Tiffany says:

Oh my gosh! I am new to this paleo diet, but im super excited about it especially after reading your recipes. I was just wondering, how often you post new meals ad the easiest way to go about this each week in means of shopping? Do u have a grocery list? I know that must sound ridiculous, Im just seriously trying to find the simplest way to go about this. thank so much! I loo forward to your blog and menu’s thank you!!!!

  21. Carleton says:

I love the recipes and meal plan…. but where can I find the grocery list for this plan? It is a little hard to deconstruct all the recipes and try to find out how much of “what” we need for the week.

  22. MDelicious says:

You should look at the meal planning service I offer if you are looking for complete plans and grocery lists.

  23. IraBraceloff says:
