This site is great! I am very inept when it comes to cooking so Katie is always sending me recipes (Very detailed recipes if she doesn't want 17 calls from me). This will add to the 5 things I know how to make ; ) I made the chicken salad tonight - It is wonderful! I also made the french toast casserole for tomorrow morning. Is that the recipe that we got when our families stayed at a B&B a long time ago? Anyway, as you can deduct from the 17 calls that you didn't get, (What a surprise that would have been!) the recipes were easy to follow. I'm looking forward to trying out more of these!
